Shipping and Returns

  • We currently ship all across India.

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, but typically orders arrive within 2–10 business days.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your order.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products (personal care and consumables), we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.

Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If you have any modifications to be made to your order please reach out to us.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • In the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You may be asked to share unboxing images/videos as proof.

  • After verification, we will send a replacement (no refunds).
